Digital products

We do not issue refunds for many of our services because most of our services are digital (PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT FOR MORE DETAILS).

If CLIENT decides to back out of the project after designing has begun, they will forfeit their entire deposit. They will also forfeit any copyrights to the artwork that has already been sent to the client for review.

If you have any problems with your printing please send us the pictures to our email at info@marksmaking.com and we will run a check and reprint your order if the mistakes come from our machines, we don’t do refunds.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
